New ARM64 filter for compression to 7z and xz archives — improves ratio for ARM64 executables.

7-Zip now parses executable files and selects appropriate filter (BCJ/BCJ2 for x86, ARM64 for ARM64).

Default section size for BCJ2 filter changed from 64 MiB to 240 MiB.
